In order to offer a better service, please follow the new procedure that will be valid starting from 1st January 2018.
Before returning a non-compliant product or a product that needs repairing, you must send an e-mail to our address with the Fault Report duly filled in.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that you must write on your Delivery Note and/or on the Fault Report.
