Repairs

In order to offer a better service, please follow the new procedure that will be valid starting from 1st January 2018. Before returning a non-compliant product or a product that needs repairing, you must send an e-mail to our address customer_service@paytec.it with the list of products you are going to return and their quantities.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for the products you are going to return. That code must be written on your Delivery Note and/or on the Fault Report duly filled in.
